REFUND POLICY

We accept returns of the product within 30 days after delivery but the product should be in unused condition. Customer should inform us about the return within 3 days after the product has been delivered. We do not accept refunds on products which are provided as services.

A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer regardless of the basis for the reimbursement (“Refund”). Exclusive Lineup LLC accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer’s Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of the Customer.

Exclusive Lineup LLC will only offer a refund if the provided service does not deliver what it mentions as per service/product specifications and/or Exclusive Lineup LLC cannot/is unable to fix/repair any inferiority of the deliverable. At any point in time, the refund will not exceed the original price paid. Exclusive Lineup LLC service delivery depends on the team bandwidth and could exceed the mentioned delivery dates without notice; refunds will not be granted as long as the service was provided/delivered.

Exclusive Lineup LLC will only issue a refund to the original funding source. For example, an order funded via Credit Card will be issued a refund to the account for the Card that was used to fund the order. An order funded via PayPal will be issued a refund to the original PayPal account. If the PayPal account is closed, the Customer should be referred to Exclusive Lineup LLC for assistance.

Note: If you paid for insured shipping in starting that will not be refunded. And a restocking charge( return shipping + Gateway Charges) will be deducted from Total Product Amount.
